MID-CENTURY MODERN REMODEL
This remodel of a house built in the 1960’s focused on generally opening the space, adding a primary suite, and a lap pool onto the garage. New cabinets and finishes throughout the home do an excellent job of updating the look of the home, while staying true to the original design.
MODERN SINGLE-FAMILY HOME
This custom home was built on the foundation of an existing house that was lost to a fire. The design features full height sliding doors, and an open staircase to the second floor. Skylights above the stairs can be opened during summer months allowing hot air to escape, creating a thermal chimney that naturally cools the house.
RALEIGH HILLS POOL PATIO
This backyard transformation turned an existing backyard pool into a luxury outdoor living space. Highlights include an awning with a unique steel structure over a custom built teak wraparound bench.
